Exclusively representing a business who have a rare opening to join their finance team. We are together looking for a dedicated and career driven Management Accountant / Finance Manager who is ready to take their first step up to FC level. If you are ready for the challenge and the FC title, this role is perfect for you – the current FC joined in that position and is stepping up to FD – he has been there and done it so will give you all the fundamental tools to succeed in this level of role & the business…it will be your future!
Your role:
Sitting on the board you will play a crucial role in the executive leading all financial operations, presenting current data and planning strategically the companies future supporting the businesses future & their ultimate objective to grow and expand. The exposure you will get in this role will solidify and complete all your experience thus far and give you everything to keep progressing through this role & beyond…if you feel stagnant in your current role, this is the position that will embark you on another personal growth journey.
The opportunity:
You will be the point of contact between finance and all other departments of the business, so you will be required to build and extend relationships across the business. Aswell as the financial accounting side you will be business partnering key stakeholders, and be present day to day heading up the rest of your finance function – implementing and supporting changes if you feel they are necessary.

Proven not just promised runs as an ethos throughout this company, the current FD was in this exact position for 5 years and he has progressed he needs an FC with dedication, determination and a great work ethic and energy to join and support him in the next phase of growth as you will continue to also grow within this company.
