If you feel ready to take the leap into a varied and commercial facing Financial Controller role having built an incredibly strong foundation in in your career to date, I have the perfect position for you to consider.

This is a cash rich business that has experienced a rapid period of growth and the FD is looking for a strong No2 to support and take control of the finance function. This is the perfect “step up” role because you’ll be supported in your transition, you’ll keep learning but you have earned the gravitas to be an FC!

After placing the FD myself one thing became clear is what an exceptional mentor he is, he’s been there and done that so understands the teething struggles of a growing business and a brand new role – but there is nothing more exciting! As the business grows so will your role taking on as much responsibility from the FD as you’d like so you MUST have the desire & hunger to really get stuck in from day 1.

Communication skills & management experience is vital & must be something you have had experience in and implement straight away alongside having the confidence to bring your own ideas, systems & processes to the table. You’ll be working with the board of directors and play an integral part of key business decisions.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with solid finance experience, ambition & great interpersonal skills is essential for this role.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
