£60,000 – £65,000 – 1^st step Financial Controller – Immediate start available

Immediate start at FC level. This is a client wanting to complete the recruitment cycle this side of new year and get you onboarded and started early 2024.

Perm role based in the city centre offering a wealth of opportunities for a qualified accountant to broaden their skillset and assume leadership of the UK entity, reporting into the CEO.

Take your first step into a Financial Controller position with this business, they are dynamic, forwarding-thinking and keen to nurture talent – chatting to the CEO today at their slick offices he’s willing to invest a significant amount of time into your development, their ethos is always to explore potential – this is the secret to their phenomenal success.

You will be given full exposure to:

Monthly management accounts for the Listed and associated businesses

Lead on audit, first draft of the annual report/interim review, including the front end

Annual budgeting process and consolidating into a Group level budget

Support the Board in driving capital allocation effectively to projects in the Group

Key lead on strategic development

Oversee the finance function and staff
