£50000 - £60000
Manchester city centre
£50,000 – £60,000 – Hybrid working model & full suite of benefits
Even if you are happy in your current role, I would urge you to read on for an UNMISSABLE opportunity…Be the first Financial Controller to ever join our team at Platinum Recruitment!
If you’re someone who loves the autonomy of implementing new systems, scrutinizing current processes / procedures to gauge their capability or even looking at the entire business model and having the confidence to say ‘lets do this differently!’ – this is the role for you.
We are growing! Unlike other roles on the market at the moment, you will sit alongside the Board of Directors to formulate, plan then initiate expansion plans – your financial insight will be the key driver of business decisions. Our Board is forward-thinking and receptive to change, so don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo.
Your role really will centre around bringing expansion plans to fruition whilst implementing robust controls along the way.
Why Platinum? Our values centre around transparency, trust and understanding – whether its interview feedback, salary negotiations, or even checking in once the process is completed, we keep it real. This ethos is something we want our new Financial Controller to endorse whilst driving the financials & strategy to the next level.
On your profile, we’re looking for an ambitious FC coming from a service sector background. Given the level of the role and autonomy you’ll be given, we’re looking for someone qualified CIMA or ACCA, able to hit the ground running straight away.
We are an open, social bunch here at Platinum so ideally you will present complementary attributes. Every month end we run socials, we run annual trips abroad and host a wealth of benefits – staff are looked after here way beyond salary.
If you are looking for a change, a new challenge as a Financial Controller, with the opportunity to develop further and make a real difference then I would welcome your CV and a confidential conversation.
Applications now welcomed.
