This is a growth role – finally a ‘meaty’ role where your next step is already mapped out for you – Financial Controller to Finance Director within 2-3 years!
Due to its phenomenal success over the past 10 years this privately-owned and leading global manufacturing and distribution business is seeking to appoint a new and qualified Financial Controller who should have ambitions to progress to Finance Director and a member of the Board of Directors in line with their ambitious growth plans which include further multimillion pound capital investments.
You’ll be responsible for the 360-degree management of the finance team, preparation of the monthly management accounts, analysing and reporting variances and trends to the heads of the business and acting as their must trusted financial advisor on all things strategy. You’ll be budgeting with all department heads, managing the cash flow, statutory audit and tax and much much more…. You know what it looks like!
