After meeting with the CFO of this thriving business, I am convinced that this really is a great opportunity for a seasoned Financial Controller who is looking for the autonomy to grab hold of this brand-new role and support the CFO in driving the business forwards. The company is ever-growing, seeking new opportunities and adding millions to its bottom line and it is expected that the new Financial Controller will wish to progress to Finance Director with the next few years and develop their 4 reports along the way.

You will enjoy this role if you have either an industry or practice background, are keen to make improvements and efficiencies are looking to work in a supportive and caring office environment. Your role as Financial Controller will be to maintain the financial management of the organisation in line with the Exec Board and support all subsidiaries. Your responsibilities will include the complete oversight of the Finance function including invoicing, payroll and management accounts, oversight of the IT systems, analysis, forecasting and budgeting, preparation of the Annual Accounts, budgeting and much much more.

The team onsite are a lovely bunch and are genuinely happy to be in each other’s company and this can mainly be attributed to the great working culture that the management team has created.
