Dynamic and rapidly expanding PE backed enterprise is offering a newly created and rare fast-track role to Financial Controller where you will be supported and mentored by the CFO and given the autonomy to put your stamp on a finance team that is ripe for growth.
The businesses’ ambitious and exciting growth plans, which have already seen a doubling in turnover in the last 2 years along with the launch of a global new brand requires a forward-thinking Financial Controller with a strong desire to create their own mark very quickly, build a small team, have the passion to contribute to the success of the organisation and ultimately have the aspirations to progress to Finance Director within 3-5 years.
You don’t already have to be a Financial Controller! We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong financial and management accounting background who is an avid self-learner, highly motivated and a self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude and full of new ideas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efforts and the results of the finance and supply chain departments and ensuring that both departments are supporting the business effectively. You will be required to manage staff, undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting functions and operations, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. In addition, as Financial Controller will be exposed to a wide range of exciting challenges that a PE backed business can offer.
