Your role is very simple and straight forward, with the bulk of it being via email and diary bookings.

You’ll release slots in your diary to our introducers, who will pass over potential customer packs for you to pre-assess, check if they meet criteria, cross-check documents, add to the system and then either approve and send across to our in-house IVA drafters, or decline the lead and send back to the introducer. You’re essentially the point of contact for any potential leads, ensuring they are suitable before an IVA Drafter begins the process of onboarding.

The successful candidate will have –

  • Previous administration experience (financial industry desirable but not essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive “can do” attitude with the ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent computer and administrative skills.
  • Effective time management skills

You will receive a benefits package including –

  • Competitive salary within the current market £23,000 – £28,000
