After meeting with their Financial Controller, they want this new, business-critical hire to be instrumental in ambitious 5-year business plans centred around growing t/o to Β£50million, expanding their brand across the market, and bolstering their name as the UK leader in their field.
You will report into the Financial Controller, and as he describes it, this role is 50% team management and production of the management accounts and 50% business partnering with the London team, analytics and FP&A. You will operate as the central hub to all things finance.
Exposure-wise, the opportunities are vastβ¦
- Regular SLT meetings inclusive of the CFO and Directors to steer the business plan
- End-to-end production of the management accounts to be presented at Board-level
- Liaise with billionaire investors on acquisition projects
