We are keen to offer our first internal finance hire to an ambitious and qualified Finance Manager. We are in an exciting period of growth and as Finance Manager you will work directly with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the long-term growth of the business and establish finance as a key strategic function.
Taking the lead role in Finance you should have the vision to see yourself in a Head of Finance role for a much bigger team and business within 3 years. You’ll love being a business partner, decision maker, motivated by maintaining processes within a fast-paced environment and proactively look for new ways to improve efficiencies in workflows. In addition, you should be nice – we are a great team and enjoy each other’s company!
You can define your own job spec however it will inevitably include strategising and budgeting across all departments, managing internal accounting to include cashflow management on both short and long-term basis, P&L management, and monthly reporting. Always looking for new and innovative ways to improve business performance and working with the Growth and Ops teams will be key.
