This is a rare and ideal opportunity for a 1st time practice mover into industry or 2nd time mover after having experienced industry and looking for the next step up the ladder. This is a fast growing, year on year budget hitting business that is in the process of making multiple acquisitions each year in line with strategy and with exceptionally strong organic growth.
The next 5 years will be very transformative and will see their market share increase greatly. As a result, a brand-new role for a competent and experienced Group Finance Manager to lead and grow the Finance team has been created that will offer the successful candidate a very broad remit. To name a few; due diligence, budgeting, and forecasting, controlling of metrics, board reports, preparation of the statutory accounts, tax compliance, monitoring and design of improvement projects across the Group.
This is a role in which as Finance Manager you will have the autonomy to make a real difference so having commercial acumen, fresh and new ideas, the ability to work autonomously, and make decisions whilst building relationships with senior peers is essential. If you have made the move into industry from practice and you are finding that the challenge or progression just isn’t there or if you are keen to move out of practice but still retain a strong link with your work then this is the perfect role for you.
