Newly formed role in the business, offering career progression, a fantastic benefits package and exposure to duties way beyond the FM remit – with the intension for you to take over the FDs role in the next 2.5 years as he plans to retire.
Speaking with the FD at the company’s open and modern offices based in the heart of Manchester’s city centre, he envisions this role to suit someone with great management accounts experience that perhaps has reached the ceiling at their current company and is looking for the next step in their career, managing a team of 3 accountancy staff as well as forming a crucial part of the senior leadership team.
Maybe you’re a Management Accountant that’s been producing the MAs autonomously for years with no scope to progress any further? Maybe you’re an FM but feel limited in your responsibilities, looking for that chance to business partner or liaise with external stakeholders to build your already impressive skillset?
The FD is incredibly down to earth and understands there may be some initially training or support needed when you begin, however once you are established in the business he is keen to give you full autonomy allowing you to develop the role and accountancy team as team as you see fit!
