This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take control of the accounts for this highly successful SME in Hale, benefitting from some amazing benefits and perks along the way.
As the number one in finance you will report directly to the Managing Director, overseeing a small team of transactional staff and having the flexibility and autonomy to run the accounts in your own style of working.
You will be supported by the management team with whatever resources you need; but then left alone and trusted to control everything financial on a day to day basis.

The role will be varied and will suit someone that still likes to be involved in the day to day functions, although your main focus will be on producing the monthly accounts which you will then present to the Directors and pass to the external accountants at year end.
There is going to be plenty of scope to put your own stamp on the role, with a review of existing processes and procedures on the wish list of the business owners.
That said the current finance function runs smoothly so this role is going to be more about ‘tweaking’ what they do rather than a complete overhaul.
