Based in Bolton as Finance Manager you will assume full responsibility for finance inclusive of leading a team of 3. The MD & CFO will rely on you to give them the financial insight and aide them in key decision making to ensure the business maintains and continues to enhance in performance giving you and the business a comfortable life and fantastic working environment.
On the environment, they operate under an ethos of “no un-neccessary pressure”, the MD loves the job to be completed perfectly and strives for exceptional standards however also has a laid back, no micro-managing environment and culture that runs throughout and having been there, it’s evident the level of respect between SLT & the whole team, it just works so well and they’ve got it right.
As they are a highly profitable SME, turnover c.£60 million they need someone who comes from a similar background and culturally understands the reporting structures within SME businesses.
