They have consulted with the team and asked them what’s important to them and how they can accommodate for their lives outside of work – and they have delivered!

Now in a position to strengthen their finance team, they’re on the lookout for a master of transactional accounting; an individual who can take control of purchase & sales ledger; streamline processes and work with the Head of Finance to implement changes however know they can leave work at the door at the end of the day.

It’s the perfect role for an individual who has finance experience and loves what they do; someone who wants a meaty role where they’re building relationships with supplies & customers but not someone who necessarily wants to burn themselves out by climbing the career ladder.

You will still have access to internal & external training courses, but you will be under absolutely no pressure to work yourself to the ground in order to progress; the Directors believe that upskilling their workforce and letting you develop organically is more important than creating a pressure cooker environment!
