Operating as the Number 1 in Finance you join this business as Financial Controller as they embark on a new trajectory following an MBO. Well established and a leader in the field the business operates 2 entities that you would manage with support of a finance team.
Following a hugely successful 2023 they have just secured 3 new projects ranging from £4million to £9million annual contract so are growing rapidly.
They need a hungry and aspirational FC who wants to join a highly ambitious leadership team and be rewarded with future share options and substantial bonuses.
This is not a run of the mill FC role, they want you to manage the finance of the new projects, speaking with the bank, investment directors and building long term commercial relationships.
Of course as FC you will close and present the accounts to the leadership team, review budgets, forecast and consolidate accounts however this is only 50% of what you will be exposed too. The priorities will be around financial strategy and achieving growth expectations.
Clearly in this role they need a “high flyer”, someone gregarious, a great leader and an individual who has the ambition to become the companies first ever Finance Director.
