Unique Finance Director opportunity available to support an ownership group of companies in the Lancashire and North Manchester area.

Privately owned with one major shareholder across each company you would oversee the portfolio, focusing on growth, guide existing finance leadership and ensure that the 5 year business plan is rigorously managed.

All companies in group are performing well showing consistent profitability and performance with two stand out businesses which will achieve 50% growth across 2026 hence the need to bolster senior finance with this appointment.

Each business is within the service sector so the MD would like someone ambitious who can drive automation and improvement, is well versed in system implementation and advancement, is a great leader in finance driving positivity and solutions through the group companies.

Applicants must be qualified with demonstratable post qualification experience and have proven experience in strategic support aiding business growth and success.

It’s worth noting that due to the multiple locations there will be an element of weekly travel to different sites so you must be comfortable with this on a circa 25 mile radius from Accrington.

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
