This really is an exciting role being offered by a forward-thinking and well-established PE backed business that is extremely well-funded, with impressive backers. The CFO is held in high regard by everyone in the business and he will support his new recruit every step of the way, working as a non-hierarchical partnership.

The Finance Business Partner will be reporting directly to the CFO and you will be the key point of contact within the finance and non-finance team. You will become a trusted adviser, challenging where appropriate and adding value in order to drive business strategy. You will be providing analysis and assessment of performance against the agreed budget and forecasting plans on a monthly basis. Building key relationships with stakeholders and holding monthly reviews. You also be involved in the month end management accounts process and modelling whilst supporting ad-hoc projects.

The successful candidate for the finance business partner, will be a strong qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is competent and diligent person who is commercially aware. Naturally, you will have a flexible approach, strong attention to detail and excellent influencing and communication skills.
