A remarkable success story of a business that is currently £90 million turnover and still growing rapidly are working with me exclusively in sourcing a finance analyst. Having worked with them a lot over the past year, I really do love representing them. I have worked closely with the FD and I placed the Head of Finance and this role will be a bolt on to those two fantastic individuals giving you the chance to work with two of the best people in finance.

They are a hands on team, down to earth and their priority is driving the business forward – the FD has identified their highest cost (£14 million per year) has potential cost savings of £100,000’s and they want you to come in, play an integral part of the senior finance team in finding small margin solutions, that can make these “potential” savings a reality. They are hugely profitable but could be even more so, with the expertise and help of an expert analyst.

This is a completely autonomous role where you will be left to work in any which way you desire, you won’t be micro-managed. You must be naturally intrigued by the numbers, have advanced excel skills and the desire to achieve, and the ability to investigate, interrogate these numbers, playing a crucial part in taking the business to a whole new level.
