This role gives you the opportunity to work in a fantastic team, have the flexibility to work from home and have a varied workload.
The business prides itself on its excellent staff retention – within the last 3 years, the staff turnover has been zero. There are multiple reasons for this but mainly because management decided to crack down on processes and make them as airtight as possible. You’ll be working on clean ledgers, so it is just essentially maintaining them.
No one feels stressed or overworked at this business, work is evenly distributed across the team of 4. Although you’ll be working in a team, your week will be varied, and you’ll never feel pigeonholed. One day you could be chasing suppliers for POs the next assisting with processing the monthly payroll.
