£35,000 + commission (OTE £70,000 minimum)
We are seeking 3 experienced Life Insurance Advisors for a Brokerage based in Altrincham who are taking things to the next level and have the most elite leads available with a high conversion rate which you know…is going to increase your earnings month on month.
To attract the best talent, if successful you will given £2,000 to join the business.
The package:
- With a basic salary of £35,000 they are paying above market rate
- Commission is paid from the first policy you sell to ensure you don’t have gaps in your bonus whilst changing over employers
- You will receive a profit share which equates to commission being 15%
- You will be on track to earn £80,000 in year 1 (no one in the business will earn under £70,000)
- Conversion rate is over 40%
- 30 days holiday +bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Career progression into management will be available to you as the business expands
- All expenses paid team outings
- Weekly free breakfast
- Annual trip (All expenses paid) with the whole team / business
