A prestigious business situated just off the motorway close to Warrington are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity as no day will ever be the same and you will have full exposure to the business operations. The role will vary from the diary management, welcoming guests, being the point of contact for internal and external clients, preparing board packs, minute taking and follow ups, some office management duties to ensure stock and refreshments are fully stocked and being the general “go to” person.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the role of an EA but is keen to develop and progress as this business is fast paced and current expanding so can really offer that step up if you feel your current role has become “stagnant”.
This role is office based at their Head Office and a 3 or 4 day week is a definite possibility.
