Your role is working for a PLC, a London stock exchange listed business, who follow governance policies and operate as “sleek” in everything that they do which is why he wants the best EA to push the business forward that is clearly experienced in what they do and has the right attitude and application for his business.
He is looking for a business minded, commercially focused EA that’s going to be involved with the policies, the procedures, company wide projects and executing new strategies across the group.
What he likes is when someone is all about the company, someone who is on the same page as him and solutions driven, wants growth, is ambitious, got bags of enthusiasm to do better and help a business do better at the same time.
