Excel Accounts Administrator

If you have always wanted to have a career in accounts, or maybe you have some experience but are looking for a better place to work this company ticks all the right boxes.

The business is safe, secure, and stable – you will have the support of the rest of the finance team and FD but at the same time be trusted to get on with your work, with no micro-managing and no one looking over your shoulder.

To be considered for the role, you must understand how an office functions and are confident in liaising with internal & external stakeholders including customers and suppliers – but the key is that you know your way around Excel and are confident with its functionalities including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables!

You will bridge the gap between the accounts & admin team, speaking to suppliers & customers, processing invoices & payments and should you prove yourself in this role, this will open doors to progressing your skills in as little as 12 months.

You will not be thrown in at the deep end and be expected to “get on with it” – the training you receive will be tailored to suit how you work best; even the longest-serving members of staff to this day still receive support and guidance from the Finance Director on a regular basis as his door is always open!

I went down to meet the FD and was impressed with how approachable and welcoming he was; he seems like an amazing person to work for who is understanding and flexible; if you have an appointment during working hours or you have young kids and need to pick them up from school, he is so laidback and relaxed.

There is also the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week once you have passed probation, flexible start & finish times and private healthcare scheme!
