This is a straight-forward and simple telephone-based role! Joining a talented customer service team who are experts in what they do, you will support our existing customers by responding to queries, providing excellent product knowledge on our extensive rewards scheme, insurance policies and overall, being the expert on the end of the line!

We will also give you the facilities to be able to enjoy your role within the comfort of your home three days per week to maintain the perfect work life balance.

In return you will receive –

Hybrid working (two days in the office & three days at home)

Pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Monthly bonus up to £200 based upon performance.

Free breakfast and lunch on the 2 days in the office

Within 12-18 months progression to senior level

The successful candidate will have –

Confident and outgoing personality

Natural caring nature and understanding approach

Clear telephone manner and strong communicational skills

Customer service experience desirable (not essential)

Ability to work well within a fast-paced organisation
