Customer Support Advisor

£22,900 basic plus monthly bonus

This is a straight-forward and simple telephone-based role! Joining a talented customer service team who are experts in what they do, you will support our existing customers by responding to queries, providing excellent product knowledge on our extensive rewards scheme, insurance policies and overall, being the expert on the end of the line!

We will also give you the facilities to be able to enjoy your role within the comfort of your home three days per week to maintain the perfect work life balance.

In return you will receive –

  • Hybrid working (two days in the office & three days at home)
