Customer Solutions Advisor – Leeds

£22,000 starting salary (yearly salary increases up to £28,000 + bonuses)

This is a customer service role with a difference. We are looking for individuals who have a real passion for helping those in need. With an emphasis on vulnerable customers you will build rapport, get to know your customers, and ultimately make a difference to their lives.

The Role:

Working closely with customers who are seeking support and guidance to better their financial difficulties can be a delicate conversation for most to openly discuss.

Being based in our legal team you’ll will play a vital part in exploring financial hardships by gathering information including completing affordability checks and expenditure forms, to achieve suitable outcomes, leaving a real positive impact on your customers.

This role is simply talking to customers to help better their futures.

You’ll have a real focus on ensuring their financial difficulties do not escalate any further.

Ultimately for us it doesn’t matter what experience or working background you have. Everything will be provided in a 6 week training program, we are simply looking for caring individuals who want to make a real impact on the world.
