Customer Service Team Leader

Up to £29,000 basic plus commission & bonus (OTE £40,000)

Operating as a Team Leader within a thriving sales department located in heart of Manchester City Centre, you will put your expertise to use by delivering a focussed and high-quality leadership service. Managing a team of business sales advisors, you will show high attention to detail whilst being able to identify trends, manage performance, problem solve and build long lasting relationships with the team.

What will the successful candidate do?

  • Motivate, coach and lead the sales team consistently
  • Provide 1-1 support when needed based upon performance
  • Identify trends and conduct regular reports for higher management
  • Demonstrate effective problem solving and communicational skills
  • Driven to exceed targets and KPIs whilst ensuring the team are also on track
  • Look to implement and develop new policies to improve the business
  • Manage day to day activities and ensure tasks are completed
  • Conduct meetings when necessary
  • Ideally experienced within financial solutions (desirable)
  • Ability to use Windows (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
