The successful candidate will demonstrate a natural and caring approach in supporting our customers with their financial difficulties and hardships by offering a tailored and suitable resolution whether that be arranging sustainable plans, investigating and raising queries or perhaps just being that “friendly” ear on the other end of the line; simple and straight-forward for a natural communicator.
