Customer Service Advisor

£21,500 – £25,000 basic plus early internal progression & bonus up to £200 per month

They operate within a customer focused industry with little to no targets and that is pretty much personality led! so if you’re a chatty individual with an empathetic personality then you could be the addition to the team we are looking for

You will act as the voice and ears of this company and be the “go to” for all new and existing customers. Taking no more than 40 calls per day, you are guaranteed to achieve an additional bonus of £200 on top of your monthly wage which is easily done and achievable for a skilled communicator!

A recent new starter has progressed into their senior banking department after only 3 short months and is due to receive a substantial salary increase; progression is right there to be taken.

You can also expect to finish your working day at 1pm Monday to Friday every other week, which goes without saying -isn’t this the absolute dream customer service role?!

With plenty of incentives constantly on the go to keep the positive atmosphere up, you will also be rewarded with all things Selfridges and Amazon vouchers, cocktail classes, spa days, monthly bonus up to £200 plus much more.
