Generous starting salary with a substantial increase in your second year

Monthly bonus rewarded for your performance up to £200

Early finishes 1:00pm finishes everyday Monday to Friday (every other week)

Minimal targets and KPIs, we prefer quality over quantity

Freebies, team socials, spa and Selfridges vouchers, monthly raffles, team challenges plus more

Huge internal progression opportunities to our incredible banking department within 3 months

Open to consider anyone from any professional background, we are diverse and personality led.

Professional training with consistent support by industry trained specialists

If I have your attention, the rest is simple and straightforward for a skilled communicator. Taking no more than 50 calls per day ranging from 2-20 minutes, you will be that friendly ear on the other end of the line! You will investigate queries, problem solve and arrange suitable plans. You will also be rewarded with bonus up to £200 per month based on your customer service approach and performance.

This is possibly the easiest way to earn bonus without heavy sales, targets and KPIs being involved so if you’re looking for a company where you can truly relax at the end of each day, this is the role for you.

After spending a lot of time with this company myself; I can confidently say they really do put their employees first and the office culture truly speaks for itself! A recent new starter is absolutely thriving in the role and has been promoted to our senior banking department after only three short months of being here, so the proof is definitely in the pudding at this company!

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
