Working for a popular and reputable company offering all things from huge internal progression opportunities, monthly bonus’ and a dynamic working environment, this is definitely the role to apply for and something you wouldn’t want to miss so grab it whilst you can, it won’t be here much longer.

This is a successful and outstanding customer service team who consistently go above and beyond; you will act as the voice and ears of this company and be the “go to” for all new and existing customers. There is no better time to join than now, they are thriving in the competitive market at the moment.

Taking no more than 40 calls per day, you are guaranteed to achieve an additional bonus of £200 on top of your monthly wage; this is just the start of the money you can earn at this company. A recent new starter has progressed into their senior banking department after only 6 short months and is due to receive a substantial salary increase.

They operate a little different to the “typical” 9-5 working hours, they like to mix things up here! You can expect to finish your working day at 1pm Monday to Friday every other week, which goes without saying -isn’t this the absolute dream customer service role?!

With plenty of incentives constantly on the go to keep the positive atmosphere up, you will also be rewarded with all things Selfridges and Amazon vouchers, cocktail classes, spa days, monthly bonus up to £200 plus much more.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business.
