We are on the lookout for telephone fanatics where customer service becomes second nature. We aren’t target heavy or focussed on quantity, we expect you to deliver nothing but a high-quality customer service experience as our customers is at the heart of what we do.
A typical day within the role would be managing new and existing customer accounts via telephone and written communication methods to reach the best possible outcomes with the ability to conduct sensitive conversations with vulnerable customers who are seeking financial support.
