One of the fastest growing companies in the North West is looking for 2 new Customer Service Administrators to join the team in their Sale office.
The role is a perfect balance of customer service and business administration so they require a skilled individual who is confident on the phone and someone who is just as comfortable completing the administration aspect of the calls.
On average you would be speaking with 20 customers per day, predominantly outbound calls following successful applications to share the good news and book in engineers to attend property visits.
Typically the calls would last around 5 minutes and you need to be able to share critical information in a polite and professional way as customers are really varied, you could be speaking with Claire, aged 38, a working parent and then the next call Graham, aged 72, recently retired so you must be able to adapt your delivery to your audience.
Following the call you would complete all the administration around the engineer visit and property before closing the file, this is all done via excel and email so you must have brilliant attention to detail.

The offices are great, relaxed atmosphere, music on, Friday get together for the whole team and then they really do all pull together so expect a warm welcome and supportive environment.
Hours are optional of 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday and hard work is always recognized and rewarded through incentive and pay increase.
