What do we need from you?
- Previous customer service experience (telephone desired)
- Ability to manage high volume inbound calls
- Experience within the financial solutions sector
- Experience within a contact centre setting
- Ability to use own initiative and think on your feet
- Confident communicator via telephone
- Great organisational and objection handling skills
