This role is absolutely PERFECT for someone who loves being on the phone! If you absolutely love a “chinwag” with people from all walks of live, this opportunity should be grabbed with both hands!

Working for a well established property company who have been in business for over 20 years you are in the safest hands; staff retention is excellent here.

They are looking for an individual who has a superb phone manner, has a tenacious spark about them and can work well in a team.

With this role you will need to open to learning, listening and developing – the customer is your priority.

You will be chasing payments, speaking daily to tenants and customers who are living in residential, housing associations etc so you need to be able to empathise and understand the customer thoroughly and figure out the best course of action.
