The Finance Directors’ main priority is to ensure the finance team is supported, whilst still creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere.
You’ll be working in a wider team of 4; however, this is a standalone credit control role meaning you have full autonomy and management over your workload. This is great if you like being part of a supportive team but want the responsibility of managing your ledger.
The business needs someone who is happy picking up the phone with customers and has a passion for bringing money in. As a Credit Controller, you will need to be resilient, personable, and proactive – this isn’t a role where you’ll be sat in a corner sending emails all day, you will play an essential part in ensuring the business maintains a healthy cash flow.
Supported by the Sales Invoicing Assistant, you won’t be required to raise the sales invoices it is just a case of chasing them down in line with the company’s payment terms. There will be the opportunity to work with the FD in implementing and developing credit control procedures and policies – meaning you can really make your mark with this business.
