If you’ve got 12-18 months in credit control and you’re already thinking, “there must be a better way to do this” – you’re probably right.
This isn’t a phone-bashing, script-reading kind of role. It’s credit control done properly!
You’ll be joining a well-established property brand based just off Deansgate – right in the heart of the action! – with a genuinely relaxed, great bunch of people to work with.
It’s the perfect role for someone who has experience of dealing with customers who are either vulnerable or are in financial difficulty – and what job satisfaction you will get when you can make life a little easier for them!
Honestly, when I took the spec, I thought to myself, this is just brilliant for Credit Controllers who are good at what they do, enjoy their job but want to feel like they’re giving something back rather than just reducing debt!
The FC who will be your manager is amazing – I’ve already placed staff into her team and everyone talks so highly of the support they receive from her; she’s genuinely a real mentor!
Hybrid working, 3 in the office, 2 at home – but you must be able to commit to working from the office full-time for your first 4 weeks to ensure you’re fully trained.
