This is a business that completely puts staff happiness at its forefront – in fact, they’re all like one big family!
I met the Finance Director herself and she’s wonderful – her door is always open; she gets involved with the brew runs and has created a really laidback culture for all her staff.
You will be the sole Credit Controller therefore have full control of your own ledger and live accounts – running it how you see fit; in a way that gets results but also maintains a strong relationship with customers!
As a Credit Controller, they don’t view your role as fighting fires or dealing with difficult customersโฆ the aim is to simply keep things “ticking over” – their customers in the large pay on time and have a brilliant relationship with them, many having been customers since the establishment.
This isn’t a hard-hitting, debt-collecting Credit Control role; yes, you will manage the process from start to finish, from raising the sales invoice through to producing a debtor report, but there is no pressure or stress simply due to how well the ledger has been managed.
And even better? You get a monthly bonus for your reward – up to ยฃ200 a month!
