Credit Controller

An established business based in Altrincham is recruiting a Credit Controller for a newly created role within its finance team. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the credit control function, ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will demonstrate tenacity alongside the emotional intelligence required to handle sensitive situations, managing customer relationships carefully to protect and enhance the brand’s reputation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ credit control experience
- Confident communicator with strong query resolution skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using finance systems (Sage desirable, not essential)
- Wholesale and/or e-commerce experience beneficial
