Great opportunity for a collections manager to join a leading property management company in Bury.
My client is looking for a collections manager to come into his business and manage two collection advisors.
This role is hands on, you will be chasing customers who have missed rent payments, struggling with debt and finding a resolution to pay the outstanding payment.
Your role will include monthly and quarterly reports to check what rents have been received and checking if the monies have been allocated to the correct bank accounts.
For this role you will need to be empathetic and tenacious, you will need to understand the customer and be able to listen and problem solve.
As a manager you will be doing your teams annual appraising and performance monitoring, so being mature and confident in your role is essential.
You will need to experienced in phone work as this will be a phone based role.
