The firm has such a good reputation they have around 500 clients on their waiting list; however they are unwilling to take on more work than they can handle which would jeopardise the quality of work for their clients, and put unnecessary pressure on the team.
Their plan is simple; keep doing things right, employ the right people and grow at a rate which doesn’t jeopardise any of the standards they have put in place.
This most recent role is for a Senior / Client Manager that can be hands on with managing a portfolio of clients which includes serial entrepreneurs, footballers, e commerce businesses, restaurants, bars and wide range of other companies spread across the UK.
Your role will include everything from controlling clients Management Accounts through to producing the year end statutory accounts and tax. You will build strong relationships, be on hand to offer business advice and guidance throughout the year – and in most cases working side by side with Directors as their businesses grow.
