Business Development Team Leader
Up to £29k basic, OTE £60K per annum

My client is a leading specialist within the finance sector, seeking an experienced Business Development Advisor/Team Leader that is craving the next steps within their career. This is a business that operates within the Finance Sector offering advice, support & care to the community. As a Sales Team Leader you will drive your team forward through performance, example and best practice to win new business. The role would suit an individual that is hungry for progression.
As well as being sales focused, you must have proven experience in a mentoring or coaching capacity, with the passion to lead a team. Last month alone this team achieved a personal best, so what could be better than being a leader of staff guaranteed to earn you bonuses based on performance as soon as you join us?
Core duties as a Business Development Team Leader would include:
- Completing 1-2-1’s with each team member and regular meetings
- Dealing with escalations from customers if it goes to manager level
- Spot checking customer calls to ensure the team are putting them on the correct plans
- Search for new ways to improve team performance
- Managing the dialler and calls, setting realistic targets and KPIs
- Incentivise the team, issuing out prizes, and getting involved with wall of fame every month
- Drive sales performance
