Are you a confident, target driven individual with a genuine desire for sales looking for the next step in your career where earning potential is completely uncapped and reflected in your hard work?

This is a rewarding yet simple sales role! We don’t want to over complicate things. As a Business Development Advisor, you will proactively communicate and onboard new customers over the telephone by obtaining key information and investigating their financial circumstances.

As far as sales roles go, this is straight-forward. You won’t be expected to account manage or generate your own leads; your purpose is to solely focus on maximising business sales by onboarding on new customers in which our generous commission structure will reflect.

The ideal candidate will successfully demonstrate the ability to show motivation and empathy along with an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. You will be given an attractive salary with an uncapped commission scheme along with working hours condensed into a four-day working week twice per month. This would be ideal for anyone simply just wants that little bit of extra freedom and would enjoy an extra two Fridays off per month.

You should have –

  • Experience within targeted sales environment (essential)
  • Experience within customer service (face to face or telephone)
  • Ability to manage high volume inbound calls
  • Financial or debt recovery experience is desirable but not essential
  • Basic Math’s and English GCSE
