If you can’t commit to working full-time hours but still want to play a pivotal part in accounts, then working for this family-orientated business will suit you perfectly.

You will be involved with all aspects of financial accounting from processing invoices to assisting with monthly budgeting and forecasting. This is great if you want to have a good work/life balance without compromising the variation in your workload.

My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts as it is crucial you can hit the ground running in this role. Working closely with the FD you will be underpinning them and helping them to ensure the business’ financials are adequate. The FD offers a more relaxed approach so you won’t be micromanaged, instead, you will work side-by-side.

This is a role where you can make a difference and manage the accounts how you want to! With this being a family-run business your opinion matters, you aren’t just a number, and your ideas will be listened to. If you have a lot of knowledge and experience but don’t see how you can implement it in your current role then this could be a great solution for you.
