This isn’t just a Bookkeeper role, this is so much more. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director with the company accounts and operations, there is so much potential for this role the sky really is the limit!
My client is looking for a confident, organised individual who likes keeping busy whilst working under their own autonomy. You will be solely responsible for bringing the accounts up to trial balance as well as providing additional support to the team when needed. This is great if you have a creative flare and want to get involved with the company’s projects or enjoy a varied workload.
The Director likes to create a good atmosphere in the office and encourages everyone to come in. He thinks it essential for the team to bounce ideas off each other and he really wants to build strong relationships with his team, so you must be happy working in Manchester City Centre every day. That being said, there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or go for a social drink with the team after work.
Ideally, you will have experience in CIS and/or Xero however, the Finance Director will bring you up to speed with this. As long as you’re confident and have experience bringing accounts up to trial balance, then the rest will come easy!
