My client is ideally looking for someone from a practice background as it important you are able to switch between different clients. You’ll be providing a personable service to 15-20 SME clients, the business is fortunate enough to pick and choose the clients they work with, so you will never deal with any difficult clients.
As the business grows, there is scope for personal development. The firm are eventually looking to bring in a junior who you will essentially support and manage.
