The only reason this role has become available is due to the relocation of the current Bookkeeper, who is gutted to be leaving! This role offers job satisfaction and a great work culture, you will be able to close your laptop every day with zero stress and be excited about what the next day is going to bring.
Chris, the Managing Director, is known for his easy-going nature and understanding approach. You aren’t going to be micromanaged or clock-watched, he believes this is a completely backwards way of working. Instead, you will be left to manage your workload with the chance to involve Chris whenever you need him.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and bring a proactive approach. After all, you are going to be responsible for bringing the accounts up to trial balance as well as liaising with the external Accountant and providing information for her to produce management accounts!
