You will not be micro-managed, you will just be trusted to complete the bookkeeping in a timely fashion and ensure the accounts are delivered each month with complete accuracy.
This company holds strong values; they want to become part of the furniture, someone who will stay long-term and add value; if you have suggestions for improving and streamlining processes then you’ll be listened to; you can really put your stamp on this role.
To be considered for the role it’s essential you have a proven background in bookkeeping as despite having the external accountants down the road for support you must be able to close off a set of accounts at month-end and provide the MD with the information and reports he needs.
