This is a phenomenal opportunity for an Assistant Management Accounting looking for a solid training ground to hone their skills and develop into a well-rounded, qualified Accountant.
Working for a thriving fashion e-commerce retailer you will constitute part of a well-oiled, fast-pace machine, reporting into the Finance Manager and forming part of a 6 strong finance team.
A supportive mentor, the Finance Manager has already assisted 2 x team members through their studies to qualifying – she is down-to-earth and completely gets that having full time job alongside your CIMA or ACCA journey is a massive commitment! The business will fund your study support and give dedicated time within working hours for revision – they want you to succeed.
On exposure, you’ll receive bags of this. Working closely alongside a qualified Management Accountant you will be shown the end-to-end process in creating the MA pack, any areas where you need advice or extra training, this will be given. The time put into your development is intended to progress you into a Senior MA position in the future, they want to keep you with the business and retain all knowledge – career progression will be given, all they ask is you are ambitious and keen to learn.
