The Financial Controller is looking to invest in, personally coach and mentor an accomplished Assistant Accountant/Assistant Management Accountant who is currently part way through their studies. This role will be the number 2 in Finance to the Finance Controller who is looking for a driven & determined individual to challenge him and develop to Financial Controller status.

When the FC and CFO interview prospective candidates, they are looking for individuals who take ownership in their role; rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in; they want individuals to all play a part in the company’s future success, regardless of position. Therefore would suit an individual who is more than happy to be involved in a very broad role and learn whatever is thrown their way.

This is an amazing training ground for an individual as you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are all striving for the same goal – to make this business as successful and profitable as possible; and managers who are more than happy to delegate work and train you in areas you want to get your teeth stuck into.
